Responsibilities
- Climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and other climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks.
- Operate bucket trucks and other machinery safely to access high branches and tree tops.
- Conduct tree assessments to identify health issues or hazards that may require attention.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscape maintenance projects effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in tree care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus.
- Ability to operate rigs, bucket trucks, and other relevant machinery safely.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work at heights without fear.
- Knowledge of growing conditions for various tree species is beneficial.
