You'll Need to Have:

• DDS/DMD Degree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of North Carolina.
• Comprehensive Dentistry Skills: Demonstrate clinical knowledge for practicing comprehensive dentistry, showcasing precision and care in diagnosing and treating oral health issues.
• Commitment to Continuous Learning: Exhibit a strong desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills to meet evolving patient needs, fostering a growth-oriented environment.
• Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans: Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans, ensuring seamless coverage for patients.

Physical Requirements:

• Essential Duties Performance: Demonstrate ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation, committed to providing accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

• Virtual and In-Person Training: Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in-person when required) throughout the year, prioritizing ongoing education and skill enhancement.
• Tuberculosis (TB) Testing: As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
