Maintenance and Grounds
Hours and start/end date depend on availability. Positions begin as early as March 1st and MAY continue through end of September. College aged students encouraged to apply with a minimum age of 16 required. Weekday, evening, and weekends hours may be required. Regular attendance is mandatory. Work is performed primarily outdoors in varied weather conditions. Essential position responsibilities include but are not limited to operation of mowing equipment, weed eaters, and light trucks to maintain the various park locations; custodial duties to include picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, sweeping, and mopping; event assistance including event setup and take down. Applications accepted until positions are filled. Rate of pay $10.50-$15 per hour, dependent upon experience and certifications.
Duties:
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Operate power tools and hand tools to trim trees and shrubs
- Conduct routine groundskeeping tasks to upkeep the appearance of the property
- Assist with landscape maintenance projects as required
