We are seeking a dedicated and reliable housekeeping/facilities to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in commercial and residential settings.
- Maintain floors through buffing, waxing, and polishing to ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Conduct thorough restroom sanitation and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as required.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly after use.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements
- Familiarity with cleaning and minor repair practices desired. Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning not required.
- Clean and professional personal appearance
- Demonstrate engaging guest behavior and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
