Overview
GSI is opening up a new line of business aimed at custom concrete projects. This role would be hired as one of our senior technician roles, but would be doing a combination of concrete sculpting and supporting our other core operations. You will be laborer working aside experienced technicians measuring, drilling, mixing concrete, and creating sustainable infrastructure. You will be able to point to your work at the end of the day and take pride in building a safer community. Responsibilities
- Sculpting vertical concrete walls made of shotcrete
- Varied surfaces like stacked stone, geologic, ashlar
- Read and determining measurements
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site
- Work together in a team environment
- Learn to operate rock drills
- Operate construction equipment such as excavator, all terrain forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front end loaders
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Prior concrete experience such as a concrete finisher / form builder or shotcrete experience

Travel : 100% travelling in the Eastern US (East of the Mississippi River). Employees are expected to work a 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule.
Pay : $24-$28 / hr. In 2023, individuals in this role, with overtime, made the equivalent of over $30 / hr.
