Veni Infantino Bridal, a prestigious bridal brand renowned for its elegant, feminine, and timeless designs, is excited to expand its presence in the USA. As we embark on this exciting growth journey, we have multiple sales positions open, to join our dynamic team and lead the expansion of our domestic business.
The open sales positions, collectively, will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive brand growth and market penetration across the United States. This team will manage key accounts and establish relationships with top bridal retailers, to ensure we meet or exceed our revenue and market share goals. As key players in the launch of Veni Infantino Bridal in the US, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s presence and success in the domestic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and growth objectives in the US market.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the domestic sales team to ensure alignment with company targets and maintain high levels of motivation and performance.
- Account Management: Build and foster strong relationships with key bridal retailers and industry partners across the country to maximize sales and market visibility.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and retail collaborations to drive growth in new regions.
- Market Expansion: Manage the strategy and execution of expanding Veni Infantino Bridal’s footprint in key markets throughout the United States, including setting and achieving sales targets.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met. Provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience within the bridal industry, with a strong understanding of the bridal retail landscape in the United States.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a positive mindset and ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to travel frequently and represent the brand effectively at seasonal market shows, and retailer meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
