Role Description
This is a full-time Sous Chef role located in Honolulu, HI. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily food preparation, training kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and consistency, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The role will also involve menu planning, inventory management, and adherence to food safety standards.
