What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Leader position at Morin's Landscaping?
The Position:
Morin’s Landscaping is looking for a Landscape crew leader. Estimator will provide plans & details of project to crew leader. Crew leader will layout design & install to specifications of design. Crew leader & landscape team will perform the Lawn & landscape maintenance install for Morin’s commercial/residential landscape properties.
Duties:
- Crew leader to perform Lawn & landscape maintenance installations
- Ability to plan ahead and problem solve issues
- Ensure proper use and safe keeping of company resources and equipment
- Equipment preventive maintenance
- Sidewalk Snow removal & de-icing
Required:
- Have a good eye for detail
- Good understanding of the equipment, tools and labor needed to accomplish work
- Hold a valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Pass drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
