This role will focus on Shining Tides, one of our exclusive waterfront wedding venues in Mattapoisett, MA. With breathtaking oceanfront views and timeless New England charm, Shining Tides is a sought-after wedding destination where you will play a key role in bringing couples’ visions to life. For the right candidate, this part-time position offers the opportunity for growth into a full-time role.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Wedding Day Execution – Oversee set-up, manage event staff, liaise with clients, and ensure smooth service from start to finish.
- Be the Couple’s Main Point of Contact – Guide them through final details, coordinate with vendors, and handle any last-minute adjustments.
- Work in Harmony with Our Team – Collaborate with our talented culinary, operations, and planning teams to deliver an unforgettable experience.
- Ensure Event Success – Have a strong understanding of event details (via BEOs and Party Packs) and ensure high standards are met.

What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 1 years in hospitality, weddings, or event management—off-premise or venue experience preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, customer service-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Physical Stamina:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Schedule Flexibility:
- Availability on evenings and weekends is essential.

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
