Summary

We are seeking an Expeditor to join our dynamic team at Morins 1911 restaurant and Events. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that food orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly, enhancing our guests' experience at events. Your attention to detail and passion for hospitality will contribute significantly to our mission of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor food presentation and quality before it reaches the customer.
• Assist in food preparation as needed to support kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and waitstaff to facilitate smooth service during events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards throughout the preparation process.
