Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analysis to deeply understand moCal's target users and their needs.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other UX deliverables to guide the design process.
- Design visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces for moCal's web and / or mobile platforms.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility and successful implementation of designs.
- Participate in usability testing, gather user feedback, and iteratively improve designs.
- Maintain consistency with moCal's brand guidelines and overall visual style.
- Stay current on UI / UX design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Work effectively within cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process.
