Moris Media is seeking a talented and experienced VFX artist to join our growing remote team. As a key member of the post-production team, you'll play a vital role in transforming raw footage into captivating and compelling video content. This role requires a strong understanding of VFX composing, 3D graphics (optional, but a plus), and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- VFX Integration :
- Work with raw footage, including green screen elements, to create seamless and believable VFX integrations.
- Utilize industry-standard VFX software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Nuke) to create compositing, rotoscoping, tracking, and keyframe animation for VFX shots.
- Enhance the visual impact of our projects through color correction, motion blur, and other visual effects techniques.
- Actively participate in the creative process, offering suggestions for VFX solutions and contributing to overall storytelling.
- Collaborate effectively with editors, directors, and motion graphics artists to ensure a smooth workflow and achieve project goals.
- Technical Proficiency :
- Stay up-to-date with the latest VFX trends, software advancements, and industry best practices.
- Optional) Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max).
- VFX Expertise :
- Strong understanding of compositing techniques, tracking, and keyframe animation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard VFX software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Nuke).
