Location : Naples, FL
Privately-owned, elite custom homebuilder in Naples, FL specializing “one of a kind” unique home designs and quality with attention to craftsmanship is looking for a Director of Construction to be the “right-hand man” for owner and manage the day-to-day field operations. Project portfolio consists of 50% ground-up spec homes ($10-25Mil) and 50% luxury renovations ($500-3Mil) in Port Royal, Aqua Shore, Royal Harbor, and Old Naples. Company offers cutting edge, entrepreneurial leadership, coupled with employee centric culture.
Ideal candidate is a dynamic Construction Leader with a proven track record in the LOCAL luxury market coupled with exceptional field ops / logistics and quality. Candidate must be a "big picture "visionary, experience managing a team of 4 supers, skilled in initial planning & design, driving projects and subs and being the liaison with high-end clientele. Looking for a sincere, levelheaded, confident personality with strong work stability and a team / family management style.
Compensation : $150-$180k Bonus , company health insurance, mileage, gas card, PTO and remote availability.
