Job Title : Estimator-Federal Construction
Location : Remote (U.S. Based)

Position Overview :
We are seeking a Estimator with a background in federal construction to support our growing pipeline of government contracts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience estimating horizontal and vertical construction projects within the federal sector, including work with agencies suchas USACE, NAVFAC, and the Department of Defense (DoD).
Qualifications :
- 8 years estimating in federal & commercial construction projects (USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, DoD, ect.)
- Strong understanding of government contract procurement, bidding processes, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with design-build and bid-build estimating.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred : Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
