About the Company:
This leading general contractor in the Tampa area specializes in high-quality healthcare construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee new healthcare construction and renovation projects.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have extensive AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) experience, a strong background in healthcare construction and renovations, and tilt-up construction expertise. This role requires travel between project sites in Bradenton, Parrish, and Tampa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage healthcare construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Ensure all projects comply with AHCA regulations and healthcare-specific building codes.
- Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership on tilt-up construction methods and best practices.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Proven AHCA experience and a strong understanding of healthcare facility construction regulations.
- Experience in both new healthcare construction and renovations.
- Tilt-up construction experience is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel between job sites as needed.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction management tools.
