Are you a world-class hospitality leader with the vision, expertise, and presence to manage one of the most prestigious resorts in the Caribbean?
We are seeking an exceptional Resort General Manager to oversee a 400-acre, full-service, eco-friendly, ultra-luxury resort catering exclusively to the top 1% of global travelers. The resort features 40 "one of a kind" rental estate villas ($3-50Mil), a five-star 10-room hotel, a world-class private marina (100 slips), exclusive beach club, refined restaurants, unrivaled amenities offering endless activities and exclusive "white-glove" service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Rental & Property Management, Marine Operations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Spa & Wellness, Activities, and Watersports departments - each functioning as 16 individual entities
- Manage and mentor the Resort Operations Manager, Property Services Director, Food & Beverage Director and their respective 100 employees
- Oversee budget preparation, financial analysis, and $12Mil revenue management while controlling costs
- Implement and uphold resort policies and standard operating procedures
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of resort facilities, villas, and infrastructure
- Ensure the highest standards of service, compliance and safety are consistently delivered by all departments
- Drive business development to increase occupancy rates, drive revenues, and enhance the resort’s market position
- Serve as a key point of contact for Executive team, department heads, and guest relations
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years managing a top-tier luxury resort, private club, or ultra-premium hospitality brand catering to elite clientele and delivering the highest of standards
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams and direct reports at various levels
- Experienced working in the Islands, Caribbean, or remote locations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business related; MBA preferred
- Stable employment history, clean background and reputable credit report reflecting integrity, reliability, and financial responsibility
- Proficient in Opera Cloud, Synxis, Alice, HotSos, Micros, YellowDog helpful
Compensation & Perks:
Salary: $200-270K 10% bonus (don't let $ deter you)
