We are recruiting for the leading healthcare construction firm in NE Florida. They specialize in Healthcare and unique Commercial projects in NE Florida. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Healthcare construction projects (1 or 2 at a time) from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in adherence to quality standards.
- Foster strong client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Provide effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in Senior Living and Healthcare projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality projects.
- Technology experience in Autodesk, BIM360 and P6
