Superintendent - Luxury Renovations
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Award-winning 30 year Custom Builder renowned for their jaw-dropping architectural and green design of ground-up and large-scale renovations in affluent markets nationwide is looking for a Luxury Renovations Superintendent. Company offers unheard of tenure, excellent leadership, centralized support, and rapid growth in the SE division with over $50M in the pipeline.
Project details: 3-4 luxury condo renovation projects ranging from $500-1.25Mil consisting of mostly finishes (painting, millwork, and windows).
Requirements: 10 years' experience in luxury renovation & finishes. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering on-time, exceptional-quality projects exceeding client expectations. Strong ability to identify and resolve issues proactively while effectively motivating and managing trades on-site. Stable work history and clean background check is required.
Salary: $90-$125K (no bonus or vehicle)
