Job Description
Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join our growing medical group at the KP Mt. Scott Medical Office in the Portland, Oregon. A combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities is used to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation. Our psychiatrists provide a combination of onsite and virtual care. Our local staff work in a care model that supports 50% virtual visits and must be able to work at the local clinic the other 50% of the schedule.
You will provide a combination of onsite and virtual care. You will work in a care model that provides 50% virtual visits and must be able to work at the local clinic the other 50% of the schedule. You must have experience with digital technologies (examples include telehealth and/or digital health) and demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability to incorporate these into your practice as we continue to evolve our virtual care model. A comfort level with concurrent documentation is also needed for this role.

4-day work week at 0.9FTE
Salary range: $251,730- $286,020 (0.9 FTE)
Additional Lifestyle Bonus $19,800 annually
New Hire Sign-on Bonus: Up to $50,000
Student Loan Assistance Program: Up to $125,000
Relocation Allowance - up to $15,000
