As a Compliance Coordinator at Morley, you'll work with internal business teams including the Compliance Committee, Third Party Risk Management Team and the Data Governance Team. In this on-site role, your main focus will be to use existing data mining and auditing tools to monitor annual compliance adherence and risk (e.g., audit data retention adherence, annual clean desk audits, and other compliance-driven training initiatives to ensure contractual and sustainability compliance).
What You'll Do
Please note, this is an on-site position in Saginaw, Michigan. You'll work in a friendly, casual environment at our corporate office in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants. You'll also have access to our free on-site workout facility and enjoy perks such as tickets to local events.

What You'll Do
- Use AI tools for data mining and reporting of network files and database files to identify data exposure risks and adherence to the following compliance items:
- Data retention
- Run scans to gather, review and analyze enterprisewide data content and classifications
- Data classifications include:
- Personally identifiable information (PII)
- Sensitive PII
- Protected health information (PHI)
- Payment card industry (PCI)
- Use the HRCM System to track, report and police the compliance of:
- Annual clean desk audits
- Mandatory compliance training adherence
- A variety of other compliance initiatives
- Work closely with compliance teams to prioritize risk mitigation
- Administer / manage the annual sustainability and compliance questionnaires for Morley
- Recommend and define process improvement opportunities
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude
