Role Overview: As a Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in growing our tax business and mentoring our tax staff. You will be responsible for overseeing tax engagements, developing tax strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning and scheduling of tax engagements.
- Address complex tax issues and ensure the quality of work products.
- Provide business advice and develop tax strategies for privately held businesses and their owners.
- Calculate and analyze proprietary tax strategies.
- Collaborate with firm partners on business and tax planning strategies.
- Manage a portfolio
- Mentor and provide feedback to tax staff, fostering professional development.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree in Taxation preferred).
- CPA designation.
- Experience in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in corporate, individual, and/or partnership taxation.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication with financially sophisticated clients.

Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range from $125,000 - $175,000 DOE
