Morning Lavender Cafe in Tustin is looking to add to our team!

If any of the above resonate with you, we are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and hard working individuals with a passion for connecting with customers and a love for delicious drinks! We're looking for part time help for 15-25 hours a week to fill any and all days/weekends included. Open availability is required.
Pay starts at $16.50/hour tips that are shared between each shift. Regular reviews are conducted to determine pay increases and additional benefits. With tips, baristas are making $17-19/hour.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Cashiering and recommending drinks
- Learning drink recipes & ingredients
- Correctly crafting multiple drinks at once in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
- Following our health and safety guidelines
- Interacting with customers regularly and professionally
- Working with a team of peers to deliver the best customer experiences
- Physical requirement's: stand on feet for 6 hours and lift up to 20 pounds.
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S
- Able to stand for several hours during a shift
- Amazing communication skills
- Focused on details
- Basic math skills
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Own a reliable mode of transportation
