Food Prep

Morning Lavender in Solana Beach, CA is looking for one food prep to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 329 S. 101 Suite 120. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities:

*Keeping the Kitchen clean and orderly. *Ensuring all ingredients are in stock for recipes to be completed. *Washing all dishes used in preparation of food. *Full knowledge of cafe recipes *Shopping for all supplies weekly to complete food preparation for each Teas Service. *Preparation of tiers for tea service per each table count *Holds a valid Food Handlers Certificate *Physical Requirements: Standing on feet for longer than 6 hours and able to lift up to 20lbs

Qualifications

*Experience working in BOH position *Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.50/hour.
