What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Associate position at Morning Lavender?
We are seeking Retail Sales Associates for our new feminine boutique in Solana Beach , CA!
The retail sales associate/cashier is responsible for greeting and interacting with the customers as well as maintaining the appearance of the store and the merchandise.
Your responsibilities will include, not be limited to:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our loyal clientele
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships
- Maintain store aesthetic by cleaning, stocking, organizing and following merchandising plans
- Contribute to a positive and fun team
- Operate as a cashier
- Extensive product knowledge and product ownership
- Emulate the brand aesthetic and embody a strong sense of fashion and an enthusiastic attitude.
Skills required, not be limited to:
- 1-3 yrs. experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Availability and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, store openings and closings, to meet the needs of the business
- Excellent client service, communication and organizational skills
- Basic Math Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift (at least 30 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb, reach and bend
- Passion for fashion!
