Position Details
- Pay: $14.50 – $16.50 per hour tips
- Location: 1 Idexx Drive, Westbrook Maine
What We’re Looking For
- A dependable, detail-oriented individual with a passion for coffee, customer service, and small business growth
- Prior barista experience is preferred, but not required—fast learners welcome
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates well with both customers and teammates
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve handcrafted coffee and food items according to company recipes and standards
- Guide customers through menu selections using thoughtful upselling techniques
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and follow proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and sanitation standards
- Manage time effectively during high-traffic periods
- Collaborate with the team to support a positive, fun, and professional work environment
- Be open to learning and growing within the coffee industry
- Flexibility to work at off-site events is a plus
