As a Resident Assistant/CNA, you will be part of a team-oriented workplace where you will participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need.
The typical work of a Resident Assistant can include providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care. You will also assist residents with meals and snacks, housekeeping duties, and setup, service, and feeding if necessary.
