Director of Nursing Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of quality resident care, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director on staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Partner with physicians, pharmacy, and other medical professionals to promote quality care and independence for residents.
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and provide on-call support for the community.
Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a current/unencumbered license in the state.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical and supervisory experience in long term care, community-based care, or assisted living/memory care.
- Quality assurance/improvement and staff development experience.
