**Job Summary:**
The Float Nurse (LPN/RN) position at Morning Pointe Senior Living involves providing direct care to residents, managing their health needs, and supervising support staff. This is a part-time role working 3rd shift.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate resident healthcare needs during assigned shifts
- Supervise Resident Services Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants
- Provide information to families and staff about resident status
- Perform ongoing assessments of resident physical and psychosocial needs
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of a state-accredited nursing school
- Licensed LPN or RN in the state of employment
- CPR certification
- Experience with elderly care in a nursing home or residential setting (preferred)
