Duties

- Train and mentor team members on best practices in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels for all food and beverage items.
- Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate catering services as needed for special events or large orders.

- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and menu offerings.
