The Regional Business Office Manager is a regional support role that leads and manages the business office duties at multiple communities, ensuring financial compliance, operational efficiencies, and exceptional service delivery to residents and families. The communities assigned to the Regional Business Office Manager will be determined by Morningside Elite Management's Accounting Department. The Regional Business Office Manager must be available to travel to all communities when necessary.
Responsibilities include :
- Completing monthly billing and all billing-related tasks in accounting software.
- Performing all resident accounting tasks in corporate accounting software program.
- Overseeing accounts receivable functions, entering authorized ACH information into accounting software, and ensuring accounts receivable policy is strictly enforced.
- Completing weekly FTE report for each community.
- Responsible for monthly debit card requisitions.
- Responsible for monthly petty cash requisitions.
- Assisting in special accounting software projects as assigned by corporate accounting department.
- Taking on additional responsibilities and projects to support community and organizational goals.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to maximize efficiency and financial outcomes.
- Processing paperwork submission as needed for resident Long Term Care reimbursement.
