Responsibilities

Client Consultation : Develop an understanding of client needs to provide bespoke insurance solutions.
Sales Growth : Drive sales growth by cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
Client Retention : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge : Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Morningside Insurance Groups offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
Compliance : Adhere to all necessary regulations and standards within the insurance industry.
Communication : Engage with clients through phone and email correspondences, ensuring transparency and professional interactions.

Requirement

Licensing : Possession of an active Iowa Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service : Must have a customer-centric approach with a focus on meeting client needs.
