What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Assistant position at Morningside Ministries?
Job Responsibilities:
1. Answers the telephone and directs calls to the appropriate staff members.
2. Schedules tours and meetings related to marketing the independent living community.
3. Greets family members and guests.
4. Utilizes a strong knowledge of the various independent living products to lead conversations and tours for prospective residents.
5. Maintains records of marketing contacts.
6. Provides clerical support to the marketing department, i.e. data entry, filing, mailings, typing.
7. Facilitates the make-ready process to confirm room readiness before move-in.
8. Assists new residents with orientation and move-in support.1. Provides continuing support and resources to the independent living population.
9. Assists with life enrichment projects and events.
10. Responds to emergency calls from residents.
11. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Education: High School Diploma or GED.
2. Training and Experience: Experience with office equipment preferred.
3. Certifications and Licenses: None
4. Job Knowledge: Able to use computer, phone, copier, and fax machines. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
