Behavioral Health Technician (Level I/II)
Dr. McReynolds is seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Health Technician Level I/II with experience or interest in training as an EEG Technician to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with EEG application and monitoring during treatment, helping improve the quality of life for individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, and sleep difficulties. Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and apply EEGs during client treatment sessions.
· Deliver compassionate and professional client care in a supportive environment.
· Communicate clearly with clients and team members to enhance understanding of the treatment process.
· Maintain accurate client records, including chart preparation and progress documentation.
· Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies to safeguard client confidentiality.
· Support clinic initiatives and contribute to the organization's growth and success.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) required.
· At least three years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
· Additional education or certifications in a related field are preferred.
Qualifications:
· Experience in healthcare or working with individuals with disabilities preferred (e.g., Med Techs, CNAs, human service workers).
· Experienced EEG clinicians preferred, though training is available for those with relevant client care experience.
· Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and compassion, with the ability to stay organized in a clinical setting.
· Availability to work in Rancho Cucamonga during late afternoons and early evenings, with flexibility based on client scheduling.
· Comfortable with technology and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Committed to professional growth within the company.
Travel Requirements:
This position will require some initial travel to the Redlands clinic for training but will primarily be based in the Rancho Cucamonga office. Reliable transportation is essential. The schedule includes daytime and after-school hours, typically extending into the early evening, with some flexibility based on client needs.
