Morningstar Living is currently hiring a Caf Supervisor for our Moravian Hall Square Campus in Nazareth, PA. This is a Full time opportunity including rotating weekends and holidays. The Good Spirit Caf Supervisor must be attentive to the overall operation of the Good Spirit Caf, including correct food production techniques, adherence to established recipes, food presentation and quality. Completion of appropriate HACCP documentation is required for food, refrigerator, and freezer temperatures as well as completion of cleaning checklists. The Caf Supervisor is a working position responsible for the day-to-day operating and long term planning of the cafe. This is a highly visible position that requires personal interaction with the residents and staff.
