Position Title:  Maintenance and Repair Worker

Job Location:  725 Park Center Drive, Matthews, NC 28105

Hours:  Monday – Friday, 40hrs/week

Summary of Duties: 

• Perform installation, maintenance, optimization, and replacement of security systems;
• Perform electrical and mechanical gate and roll-up door conversion, repair, and maintenance;
• Install electric wiring, lighting, electrical outlet;
• Assist with maintenance of storage property conditions and landscaping;
• Troubleshoot general electric and mechanical issues;
• Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems;
• Assist with electrical wiring needs for remodels and new builds;
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Requires
• 100% travel to unanticipated client sites in the Charlotte, NC Metro Area.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must have demonstrated experience with:
• Electrical wiring installation, repair, and maintenance;
• HVAC system installation; HVAC repair and maintenance;
• Security system installation, including security camera installation;
• Electric, mechanical, and electromechanical troubleshooting;
• Electric and mechanical gate operation; Fire alarm installation.
