Location : Home OfficeMorningStar Senior Living7887 E Belleview AveSte 600Englewood, CO 80111, USAJob Responsibilities : Complete full-cycle payroll processing for communities.Serve as payroll support contact for assigned communities.Manage deadlines and documentation for all aspects of the payroll process.Process off-cycle and manual checks.Liaise with department heads to ensure time sheet accuracy and completion throughout the payroll cycle.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.Assist with audits for states with heavy wage and hour compliance regulations (e.g., CA, CO, WA, OR).Maintain reports to identify labor management metrics (e.g., overtime).Oversee all garnishments.Monitor stale-dated checks.Assist with federal / state / local reporting requirements (e.g., BLS, DOL, EEO1).Perform duties and projects as assigned by Director of HRIS & Payroll, Payroll Manager, and CHRO.Job Qualifications : Demonstration of Core Values : Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.Ability to serve within a culture committed to MorningStar’s “Team Member Promise.”3 years of multi-state payroll leadership experience.Thorough knowledge of multi-state payroll processing laws and best practices.Experience with national payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, PayCom, UKG).Adept at using Microsoft Excel and other software for administrative efficiencies.Continuing education beyond high school diploma highly preferred.PayOrg certification highly preferred.Benefits : A full listing of available benefits can be found at : MorningStar CareersSalary : The pay range for this position is expected to be $68,000 - $74,000, depending on experience and skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
