Each of these functions plays an essential role in supporting our company's infrastructure, day-to-day operations, and ongoing strategic initiatives.
This role is based in our Chicago office. We are operating in a hybrid environment where we are in office 3 days/week.

This role is based in our Chicago office. We are operating in a hybrid environment where we are in office 3 days/week.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the detailed design and development for core performance and talent processes; complete compensation talent work
- Act as lead for Work Day build including attending design working sessions, executing design playbooks, and escalate issues and approvals as necessary
- Work in parallel with process and program leads to ensure we continue to deliver on the core processes as we work to evolve them.
- Integrate values-based behaviors into talent and performance design.
- Partner with project management and communications to create a change management approach to help drive smooth adoption and comfort with updated processes, philosophies and definitions.
- Oversee implementation of new process builds through successful stakeholder engagement, partnership with Operations, the global talent management team, HR Business Partners, and business leaders (task force)
- Establish ongoing program support and maintenance models.
- Liaise with counterparts in Total Rewards and Operations across the globe to ensure consistency of process and employee experience where possible
- Help to transition new permanent process lead
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and curiosity.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience and a proven track record in People & Culture or in a service, project management, or analytic function.
- Prior experience with compensation or employee and manager coaching is desired
- Proven ability to learn quickly, behave professionally, and proactively take responsibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively or on an independent basis.
- Demonstration of a high level of discretion and candor relating to sensitive or confidential information.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems on a strategic level.
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
