Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced maintenance person to perform general maintenance. This is not a Learn as you go type position! This will include Painting, Small plumbing issues, (sink lines, valves, washers, Sheetrock repair, Door repair, replace, all duties necessary to successfully return property back to a rent ready shape! Multiple apartment locations.
PART TIME employee (could possibly be full-time! ) needed for Searcy, White County-area properties. We are looking for a highly energetic and self-motivated individual that is willing to work on multiple tasks. Applicant must have reliable transportation and tools to be available, More consideration may be given to applicants that are well versed in all phases of apartment maintenance, including but not limited to: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Service Requests..

Applicant will be expected to pass a criminal background check and possess a valid driver’s license before being hired. Please bring copies of all certifications and licenses when applying. Pay commensurate with skills/abilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responding to and completing work orders in a timely manner
- Resolving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, Painting, and appliance issues
- Preparing vacant apartments to a market ready condition
- General cleaning/maintenance of the grounds.
- Communicate with residents in a respectful and courteous manner
- Complying with all Fair Housing Laws
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
