The Business Office position will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.
QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
2. At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.

5. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
6. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
8. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
9. Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
10. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

b. Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
c. Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.
d. Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
e. Maintains office supplies inventory.
f. Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
g. Performs other related duties as assigned.
h. Consistent phone coverage and door concierge.

6. Ability to perform tasks which require arm-hand steadiness.
7. Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time through duration of shift(s).
8. Ability to squat, climb stairs, reach above shoulders, twist, bend, and kneel repeatedly through duration of shift(s).
