Job Summary
Provides client service support to senior account leaders on assigned clients. Supports strategic recommendations and helps manage agency resources to ensure the client's marketing needs are met. Monitor and partner on day-to-day client activities including working with project management and other departments to develop and execute client scopes. May manage and develop junior account team members. Usually has 7 years of experience.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted partnerships.
- Understand client business goals, industry challenges, and market trends to provide strategic counsel and innovative solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts and present new ideas and services.
Strategic Planning and Insights
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with client objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive activities to inform strategic planning.
Project Oversight & Execution
- Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborating with Project Management to review and manage agency time against scope of work to manage account profitability.
- Oversee project scopes, timelines, and deliverables while managing internal resources and external vendors.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, client expectations, and brand guidelines.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and skill development.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration across departments to ensure seamless execution and knowledge sharing.
- Support senior leadership with new business pitches, proposal development, and client presentations.

Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully managing integrated marketing campaigns and client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
