Job Summary

Responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex marketing and business data to drive strategic decisions, to report on and make recommendations on overall marketing performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large sets of marketing data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights that inform marketing strategies, decision-making and reporting.
  • Your experience will include translating business needs into analytic questions, using Python, SAS and SQL to access data.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and regular reports, tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROAS for various marketing channels.
  • Manage client CRM databases including ingesting the data, cleaning and optimizing the data and sending effectively to platforms for activation.
  • Use data to create customer segments, identify high-value audiences, and help the marketing team tailor strategies to specific demographics or behaviors.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights into how changes in the market could affect marketing performance or opportunities for innovation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, ensuring that data and insights inform every stage of campaign development.
  • Develop client-ready documents and major presentations
  • Utilize advanced statistical models, machine learning, or AI to predict future marketing trends and consumer behavior, helping to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with clients at all levels, handle and resolve issues and formulate new business opportunities
  • Support new business team, offering opportunity potential, target insights and measurement framework
  • Participate in the selection and development for new analytical tools and capabilities
  • Provide updates and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Managing data integrity within our databases and dashboards
  • Develop digital marketing platform pixel strategies to best assist campaigns and reporting including GA4 event tracking

Qualifications

  • Experience presenting analytics and reporting findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge and competency in Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet.
  • Practical experience pulling data from digital and traditional media planning and buying tools such as Media Ocean and MediaTools.
  • Real-world experience creating data visualization accessible by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital and social analytics including website and media data. E.g. pulling performance and audience reports from Google Ads, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge and practical experience using Google Tag Manager to deploy pixel code on client websites utilized for digital advertising campaign performance tracking.
  • Practical experience of database management and queries using SQL
  • Experience working in Dashboards such as Tableau and DOMO
  • Practical experience using in Snowflake, Microsoft SQL & MySQL
