Under the direction of the General Manager, assist in a variety of tasks including: oversee staff; count cash drawers; relay information to management; coordinate and participate in serving, handle cash, credit cards, cash register; greet customers and answer questions. Lead work crews to ensure that customer service, cleanliness, sanitation and food quality are maximized. Attend meetings, conferences and special events, as required.
