What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surveillance - Supervisor position at MORONGO BAND OF MISSION INDIANS INC?
Directly supervise Surveillance Investigators in the performance of their duties to ensure that all NIGC and Tribal gaming ordinances are being followed.
• Train new investigators to perform their duties and provide refresher training for experienced investigators.
• Assign review assignments and maintain investigator staff schedule.
• Work the surveillance positions in the absence of an investigator or during emergencies.
• Supervise the daily surveillance log for accuracy and completeness.
• Interface with casino/hotel management on surveillance and compliance issues
• Ensure that all security equipment is in good working order.
• Assist local law enforcement by making duplicate cd’s/ tapes and still photos from stored surveillance cd’s/tapes.
• Other duties may be assigned.
