What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager - Construction Services position at MORONGO BAND OF MISSION INDIANS?
Under the direction of the Construction Services Director, plan, supervise and coordinate a wide variety of construction projects; review the work of professional and technical subordinates engaged in the inspection and contract administration of construction projects; to be responsible for performance, field change orders, progress payments and sureties and final acceptance inspections; provide professional and technical staff assistance; and to do related work as required.
- A Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include Engineering, Business or Computer Science. Experience working with Native American enterprises and Sovereign Nations is preferred but not essential.
- 5 years' of experience related to public works construction management, project management and the administration of capital improvement projects.
- Or any combination of education and / or experience will be accepted
- Must have valid Driver’s License and insurable on company insurance policy
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desired
- Associate Constructor (AC), Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are desired
