Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing & Inventory Control Manager located in Phoenix, AZ. Working under the supervision of the Sr. Operations Analyst, the Manager will purchase parts & supplies, manage inventory control, document COGS, maintain bills of materials, conduct competitive bids, conduct physical inventory counts, perform cost analyses and comparisons, manage suppliers and supply chain reliability, and negotiate contracts.
Qualifications
- Inventory Control and Physical Inventory Management skills
- Analytical Skills for gathering & organizing data
- Experience in Contract Negotiation
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Background in supply chain or logistics is a bonus
- Experience in cold plunge therapy is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
This a salaried, overtime-exempt position expected to pay between $50,000 and $55,000 per year, depending upon the qualifications of the applicant and be eligible for profit-sharing or other bonus programs, should the be implemented in the future. The successful applicant can expect:
