What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ambulatory Care - RN - Outpatient Clinic position at Morph Enterprise?
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- 12 years working in the Medical / Ambulatory Care field.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- RN CA License
- Medical Terminology Certificate.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Practices customer service standards as defined by specified clinic.
- Anticipates the customers needs takes proactive steps to meet those needs by listening and taking responsibility within scope to ensure issues are resolved.
- Promptly responds to patient requests.
- Facilitates the customers ability to utilize resources.
- Assures a clean orderly and functional work environment.
- Preferred : six (6) months of experience as a Registered Nurse
- High School Diploma / GED
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
- Preferred : Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) License
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in California.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Provider
- CPR or CPR / AED for the Professional Rescuer certification (American Heart Association)
- Ability to read write and comprehend medical information and terminology.
- Ability to effectively present information both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the RN scope of practice.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Spanish Tagalog or Arabic language.
- Continuous standing / walking / twisting.
- Exposed to unpleasant elements (accidents injuries and illness).
- May be required to work evenings and / or weekends.
- Reliable transportation necessary for traveling to provide coverage as needed throughout all SYH clinic locations.
