Hybrid role (occasional Travel include)
Well rounded in managing 50 telecommunication tickets that may involve data entry troubleshooting critical thinking inventory management asset management etc. This could involve traveling to London OH site to take inventory of the radios etc. / technology as it is sent / received for repair. Will involve some data entry aspects to track assets. The candidate is responsible for managing MARCS radio systems and creating and / or modifying program modules. The candidate should also have knowledge of Intune tango management for managing mobile phone devices
Education :
Preferred Education : 4year college degree
Years of Relevant Experience : 6 plus years
Key Skills : SCCM MARCS radio Tango and Intune
Development Skills : Solutions design; Project technical planning; Analysis and design; Communication; Testing and implementation; Recommends software reusability guidelines; Plans and conducts formal mentorship activities for peers and / or lowerlevel staff via verbal instruction or technical documentation.
Development Tools :
Documentation : Create Technical documentation with application functionality and test methods various flow diagrams (Business / Functional)
Skills needed for this project : Experience within infrastructure (telecom / VOIP)
