To meet growing client demand, we are seeking a full-time Verizon Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales team by conducting targeted customer outreach for our clients. Your primary objective will be to enroll new customers or upgrade existing ones for our telecommunication clients. This entry-level Verizon Customer Service Manager position requires strong communication and presentation skills to explain product features and benefits, answer questions, and upsell when appropriate.
We are looking for a motivated Verizon Customer Service Manager who is capable of:
- Delivering effective and engaging sales presentations on high-quality telecommunications products and services
- Guiding potential new customers through product selection seamlessly and answering all final questions before closing the sale
- Grasping product knowledge, sales promotions, and core company values to better educate customers on what we have to offer alongside other Verizon Customer Service Managers
- Using problem-solving skills to overcome any objections and finding solutions to bolster sales margins
- Sustaining keen attention to detail to complete contract and financing paperwork accurately and efficiently with the assistance of the Verizon Customer Service Manager department
- Maintaining customer satisfaction ratings by engaging openly and actively listening to consumers' concerns and needs
We are looking for an Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Manager who:
- Enthusiastically embraces opportunities to expand sales and business knowledge, staying abreast of industry trends and adopting new techniques and products.
- Demonstrates strong self-motivation to meet and exceed set goals, exhibiting resilience and determination in the face of challenges.
- Possesses an outgoing personality and excellent presentation and public speaking skills, projecting confidence and professionalism in all interactions.
- Shows determination and resilience to overcome obstacles with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and driving initiatives forward individually or with the Verizon Customer Service Manager team.
- Displays a proactive approach to driving sales revenue and cultivating new accounts by working with other Verizon Customer Service Managers and by leveraging a proven track record of successfully addressing objections and closing deals.
- Bringing prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or in a leadership role is a plus!
