Courtyard by Marriott Lake City is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Ensure all public areas, hallways, and service areas are kept clean and organized.
- Handle laundry services for linens and towels, ensuring they are washed, dried, folded, and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining hotel standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
