The Company:
An established global manufacturing company experiencing a sustained period of demand and growth
The Key Pillars of Responsibility:
- Leadership: Manages team of 30 and takes accountability for end to end site supplychain
- Sourcing: leads the site to decide on where to buy, how to buy, when to buy and maintain supplier quality standards
- Material planning: Stock Optimization and devise strategy to plan for availability of materials and services
- Warehouse: defines and executes the processes related to the material flow throughout the entire material cycle at the site
- Logistics: manages inbound and outbound freight with suppliers and customers.
The Requirements:
- 12 years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing environments
- Experience at Manager to Director level depending on scope and size of organization
- 5 years of multidisciplinary leadership experience. Ideally circa 30 heads across Purchasing, materials, inventory planning, logistics etc,
- Experience in a global matrix environment; you will report into site VP of Operations and also the regional / global supply chain leadership
- Ability to wear multiple hats and take accountability in a "one company, one team" culture
